My Birthday in Provence and on this day we enjoyed a 9french jet air display in front of our eyes, which we cannot belive this happened on this day
We had to meet up with the Villa organisers in Vaison La Romaine, who were very friendly, at theis point the weather was extremely hot. We all followed the organizer to Seguret and finally to the Villa. The final roads to the Villa were rough tracks up hill 800feet above sea levelWwere all gob smacked when we saw the Villa it was amazing quality place
We all left at approx 9.00am from Dijon, onroute to the south and hopefully meet with the Filitz Famy near Vienne. The weather was still very good blue skies, we encountered large volumes of traffic near Lyon, so we by passed the huge city via the airport.
We finally came off the motorway next to the River Rhone @ Vienne, we travelled approx 15mins where we met the Filitz Family at a commercial park MacDonalds. It was wonderfull to see them all. A difficult descision to get back on the motorway, as the large volumes of traffic was at a stand still, we finally got off the junction before Bollene. We crosssed the lovely wineyards and passing through wonderful villgaes and great lavender fields.
